World-renowned Drum and Bass duo Total Science are proud to present Audioworks Various Artists Volume 1, featuring hardstep rollers from the cream of the drum & bass crop.

Featuring some of the greatest releases to ever feature on Total Science’s own highly respected labels C.I.A. and Advanced, this album brings you a showcase of not only some of the best of both labels, but drum and bass’ finest talent from around the world today including DJ Hive and Echo, DJ Friction, D Kay, Mathematics, Spirit, Digital, The Lost Prophets and of course Total Science themselves. Featuring ground-breaking artists with first class music, this album is a must-have for any true music lover.

The eclectic mix of styles on this album really does have something for every taste and preference, from the rolling beat and bass frenzy that is “Divine Intervention” by none other than The Lost Prophets, to D Kay’s ethereal “Give It 2 You” and Spirit’s “Midnight Run”, an eerily industrial hardstep thumper. This album perfectly showcases the diversity of C.I.A. and Advanced at it’s best.

After completing his freshman years releasing jump-up mayhem on C.I.A, Baron has gone from strength to strength with releases on Ed Rush & Optical’s mighty Virus imprint and the launch of his own imprint, Baron Incorporated. His remix of Total Science’s ‘Nosher’ became THE jump-up anthem of 2003, with sales notching up the 10,000+ mark and a VIP scratchfest from legendary Hip-Hop DJ Craze fuelling the fire. With the strength of C.I.A. beneath him, Baron has quickly established himself as one of the brightest newcomers to the D&B scene. ‘”Meet The Creeper” is a wobbly, catchy, bass-bouncer, which will have you jumping around like a madman on the dancefloor!
